Sweet For You {and Melanie}

When Melanie asked if I would like to participate in her blog hop Blogoversary celebration, I was more than happy, to agree!!

Stamps: "Have a Cookie" (Melanie Muenchinger/manufactured by Gina K. Designs)
Card Stock: Pure Luxury 80 & 120 lb., Silver (PTI), Crystal Clear (Flourishes)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic Sketch markers, Clear Spica pen, Pigma Micron 03 pen
Accessories: Hobby Blade, Tim Holtz ruler, BasicGrey Precision File set (Jacksonbelle Embellishments), Scotch Foam Tape

This card uses her most adorable "Have a Cookie!" set. I designed my range to match my real one (white with a ceramic cooktop), but my card opens like a traditional card. If I CASE myself with this, I will try it with the oven door opening the way oven doors do (that would be cool!). My dials use the "timer" image from the set, but I inked with a marker to omit the numbers for my use. They are popped on foam tape for added dimension. The oven door has a clear window, but it is difficult to tell in the picture. Congratulations on your milestone, Melanie!! Your sets are so much fun!!!

For more inspiration and blog hoppin' fun, head on over to these ladies blogs:
Carolina, Barb, Donna, Jessica, Jessie, Julie, Lee, and of course...Melanie (make sure to stop and see her gorgeous creation and tutorial. The sponsor for today is Scor-Pal, and the prize is a Scor-Mat and three rolls Scor-Tape)!!!

Thanks for stopping by today, and I hope you have a happy Sunday!!

ooh, I know!!! (I'm back!) you could use one of those basic Grey magnetic snaps to have the door open out but keep it from falling open by itself!! what do yo think? :)
