Oh Holy Night Popout

Hi everyone! Today I have another card that I made with my Ultimate Crafter's Companion. The directions for this, and many other unique cards can be found within the book and DVD that is included in the unit.

My card features images from Silent Night (Lizzie Anne Designs). I did a little heat embossing with gold embossing powder, and a little dry embossing with my Allegro Cuttlebug Folder. The dry embossing on the inside uses some decorative borders found on the UCC board. I also used the bow maker on the board for my bow. The Night of Navy on my card front is spritzed with my Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist (Scattered Angels), and the corners are punched with my Deco Edge Corner Chomper.

Stamps: Silent Night (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock: Night of Navy, Brushed Gold
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: Ultimate Crafter's Companion, Deco Corner Chomper, Allegro Cuttlebug Folder, Label Four Nestabilities, Detail Gold Embossing Powder, Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist (Scattered Angels), Glue Dots, Foam Tape, A Muse Twinkle Sticker, Gold Ribbon (PTI)

Ultimate Crafter's Companion Review

The Ultimate Crafter's Companion is being reviewed by the Product Focus Review Team, and you may read all of the details HERE at Splitcoaststampers. As always, the product details are included, and some wonderful tutorials as well.

This is a gift box I made using the UCC. I could hardly believe how quick and easy making boxes could be. The patterned paper is from the Fruitcake Collection (BasicGrey), and the bird tag is from Love & Joy Labels (Lizzie Anne Designs). I also love the silk ribbon from Sharon Johnson's ribbon (and more) store.

Stamps: Love & Joy Labels (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock:
Fruitcake Collection (BasicGrey), White
Ink:
Riding Hood Red, Antique Linen (Ranger)
Accessories: Ultimate Crafter's Companion, Silk Ribbon, Tan Scrapper's Floss (Karen Foster), Taylor's Twinkles, 1/16 inch circle punch, Crystal Effects, Scor Tape, Foam Tape

Thanks for visiting my blog, and I hope you have a great day!!

Accordion Sledding Hill

Welcome to a new week, and finally...a card. Surprising, right? It's crazy how quickly I get behind here. Oh well!

Today I have a card with an accordion fold that I made with my Ultimate Crafter's Companion. With the winter months soon upon us, I couldn't help picturing kids sledding down the slope, but found I didn't have the images to complete my card. I began to do a search for the stamps to get the look I wanted (have you ever bought new stamps with a specific project in mind?) I came across the super talented Mel M. M. McCarthy's stamping blog, and noticed a most adorable wintry card. I loved the cute images, and took my chances that they would have the type of sledding stamps I was looking for. Jackpot!
