Smooch Glitz

You may have noticed my last few posts have had sparkly accents, and that is because the Product Focus Review Team is reviewing Smooch Glitz today on Splitcoaststampers. There's lots of great info, so check it out when you get a chance. ;)

I've made a couple of holiday cards. My first is for St. Patrick's Day, and uses a couple of images from Abracadabra. The sentiment is from an older Lizzie Anne Designs image (currently unavailable). I've used Smooch Glitz on the rainbow, clouds, gold, and shamrock. The papers are from The Green Stack (DCWV).

My second card is a very CAS one-layer card. These images are from Prescription for Spring from Gourmet Rubber Stamps. I've stamped the eggs in different colors all over the tree, and added my Smooch Glitz once again. The edging was created with Adorning Accents Textured Impressions & Edgelits from SU.

An Easter Challenge

The Lizzie Anne Designs Team Challenge for today, is creating Easter Cards.

My card is a Stair Step Fold Card (tutorial by Beate here), and uses the eggs from Follow Your Dreams, and the sentiment is Easter Blessings Simply Singles. I used Kraft card stock for the base, then covered it all up with Urban Prairie papers. The grass was punched with my Martha Stewart punch, and the sentiment is stamped on Nestabilities die cuts. This reminds me of the egg hunts I used to go to when I was a kid, but the eggs are much prettier. *wink*

Stamps: Follow Your Dreams Spring Mix, Easter Blessing Simply Singles (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock: Kraft, Urban Prairie (BasicGrey)
Ink: VersaFine Onyx Black, Fresh Snow Palette (PTI)
Accessories: Martha Stewart Grass Punch, Circle & Eyelet Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Foam Tape

Lizzie Anne Designs Project of the Month

It's a new month, and that means new projects over at the Lizzie Anne Designs Website. I thought it would be fun to get a little jump start on Easter, so I made these Egg Stands. I have kept these a simple design...but the sky's the limit as to how detailed you could get with them. If you want to know how to make them...head on over to the Project of the Month section of the site for the details. Be sure and check out the other fantastic projects while you're there as well.

**Update: Craft Critique is having their two-year anniversary and featuring Lizzie Anne Designs today!! They are giving away a prize package worth $65 to one of their lucky readers!! In honor of the day, the Lizzie Ann Designs girls are also giving away blog candy. Be sure and check them out before it's too late, and good luck!!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a lovely Sunday!!

Easter Card for WSC37

I received this adorable Easter Word Bunny stamped image with my last Eclectic Paperie order, and decided to use it for Beate's WSC37. I colored the image with my Copic Sketch Markers, and mounted it with Stampin' Dimensionals. The little flower is Regal Rose, and punched with my Boho Blossoms punch. I used a pearl from my Pretties Kit for the center. The patterned paper is Flowers for you, and the ribbon is 5/8 inch grosgrain from SU. I used my new Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder for the embossed Celery strip.

Thanks for your visit!!
