I used my sassy little Elzybell stamp (isn't she cute?), and a computer generated sentiment (punched with my Word Window punch). The card base is from the A Muse 4 Bar Notecard Kitchen Collection. The scalloping at the bottom was done with the corner rounder punch. Rhinestones are Hero Arts. The little dress was paper pieced, and the rest was colored with my Copic Sketch markers.

Oh, gosh, Rose Ann! I know how it goes with trying to get it right sometimes. The simplest cards can often take the longest to complete. It sure turned out cute, though.
