Today the Design Team has been challenged to make a card or project that reflects something we'll be doing this summer. Well, right now we are visiting Mickey and friends, but we are hoping to hit one of the beaches on our way out. We have a specific one in mind, but I'll have to wait and see if that's the one we end up visiting or not. Anyhow, we may see some sea creatures, so I thought I would use this sea turtle for my first card. The turtle is from the new Summer Mix that will begin to ship on July 1st.

At the same beach, we are hoping to do some snorkeling and shelling. The kids will have so much fun finding their own shells, so I am hoping we have some success with this. Here's my card using the pretty shells from Summertime Celebration Mix set as well.

Great cards for this challenge. Wonderful embossed texture in the background of the turtle. Love the pink and gray shells in the second card. Hope you got to the beach as planned.

There is so much eye candy here today, Rose Ann! I love the pebbled texture behind your turtle - it's perfect! Of course the little jewels are a great touch as well. It's just a super fun card!
