New Stamps

Hey...long time no post!  That's pretty much been the norm here, but I'll keep posting when I create new stuff.

I have new stamps in the house, and though I've had them for a while...I'm glad pulled them out to play for a bit.  These are new Lizzie Anne Designs sets that are available at Simon Says Stamp!  The stamps are all clear sets, which is new for Lizzie Anne Designs.  It was pretty cool not having to use my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig.  ;)

One Layer Anniversary

Hello there!  Today I have my favorite type of card... one layer clean & simple.  I'm using new SU colors, Crisp Cantaloupe card stock and Strawberry Slush ink.  The images are from Serene Silhouettes and Teeny Tiny Wishes.  Ivory ribbon and ink for the sentiment and border completes the look.

I hope you enjoy my simple card, and have a wonderful weekend!!

Hugs,

Cards For Nephews

Hi guys!  I'm back with some birthday cards I've made for a couple of my nephews.  They had birthdays less than a week apart, so I knew I had to get busy...and made both in one evening (small miracle).

The first card is using stamps from My Favorite Things, and papers from SU.  The little "cheer" die cut is from a Paper Smooches die set called Christmas Words.

My second card was inspired by some cards I saw posted on Pinterest.  I didn't use any specific card I found, but instead grabbed an actual Lego brick from my son's collection.  I used my Brayton Font stamps from Just Rite for the "LEGO" lettering.  Not a perfect match, but the size was right.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great week!

Birthday Cards

Hello out there in blog land!  I'm finally getting around to posting some cards I made a little while back.  I took the photos with my iPhone 4s, so I apologize for the poor quality.  I was so late in making and sending these, I wanted to get the quickest photos, and pop them in the mail.  Anyhow, I've used my Too Kind stamp set from SU for both of these.  Very simple designs, just the way I like.

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek at my creations!  Hope to be back soon!

Hugs!

Grad Cards & Rolo Pencil

I'm back with those graduation cards I told you about.  These are simple cards which I've made with my  MFT Pure Innocence stamps, and using my Spellbinders dies. I've colored the images with Copic markers, and the sentiment is from SU.

I also made several of these candy pencils for the kids' teachers this year.  It's just a little card stock and foil wrapped around a package of Rolo candy, and a Hershey's Hug.  You can find the instructions all over the Web, and I used a tutorial I found on YouTube from Scrappinwithmybug.

Thanks for stopping by!
