I used my Fun to be Floral set to make this happy card. I've used this color combo before and had been wanting to try it out again. The scalloping at the top was done with my Fiskars Threading Water punch.

Oh my word! I am such a lover of cute florals ... and these 3 popped up darlings are a delight! I adore these 3 flowers waving "Hello Everyone" against that pretty & soft yellow!
