Hello everyone! Today I'm showing you a card I've made using some scraps of denim I've had in my sewing box. The sentiment compares
"A Good Friend" to your favorite pair of jeans, so that is where my inspiration to use denim came from. I have die cut the Lattice shape with my SU Bigz die, and the flower is using the Mini Rolled Roses Die-namics. The #3 Labels die from Spellbinders was used for the sentiment, and the textured background is the Square Lattice embossing folder from SU. The denim fabric was a bit tricky to cut, and I had to use my scissors to snip little threads along the way...but all-in-all, it wasn't too difficult.
Stamps: A Good Friend Simply Singles (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock: Kraft, Night Of Navy, White
Ink: Night of Navy
Accessories: Lattice Bigz Die (SU), Mini Rolled Roses Die-namics (MFT), Labels 3 Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Square Lattice Embossing Folder (SU), Pearl Gem (SU), Glues Dots, Foam Tape, Tombo Mono Multi Glue
Thanks so much for stopping by!! I hope you have a wonderful day!!

This is awesome! I love the denim flower! Great card :)
great use of denim
Pretty Cool Rose Ann! Sometimes it helps to have a piece of card stock on top of the fabric so the die first cuts through the fabric & then cuts the card stock. Cute idea!
Beautiful job on this. You have WAY more patience than I do.
What a FABULOUS idea, Rose Ann! I love this!!
What a creative and cool card, Rose Ann! I love the denim lattice, and your rolled flower! I think the embossed card stock almost looks like denim, too!
So elegant...great flower and color scheme!
