Pretty Patterns

Happy Friday, all!! I was getting a little risky with all of these patterns from the Early Bird papers, but I think it turned out quite charming. The cute images are from Singing in the Rain (February 2010 Monthly Mix). I added some Sage Ultra Fine Flower Soft to the tree and grass for some richness and texture. The little flowers have some Taylor's Twinkles bling for a little added sparkle.

Stamps: Singing in the Rain (February Monthly Mix/Lizzie Anne Designs
Card Stock: Classic Cream, Riding Hood Red, Early Bird (Como Cricket)
Ink: Antique Linen Distress Ink (Ranger), Rich Cocoa (Memento), Copic Markers
Accessories: Oval & Scalloped Oval Nestabilities, Scalloped Border Punch, Word Window Punch, Sage Ultra Fine Flower Soft & PVA glue, Taylor's Twinkles & Matte Accents (Ranger), Riding Hood Red Taffeta ribbon, button, Scrapper's Floss (Karen Foster)

Non-stamping business:
My new toy

We were looking to upgrade our phones from our Motorola RAZR phones, and wanted to get something that was more text-friendly. I liked the Motorola Karma phone, and was thinking that my DH would pick up a couple for us. He came home with the iPhone instead, and I'm certainly not complaining about his choice. ;) I have been having fun organizing, installing, and learning all of the fun features of my new toy. I still have a lot to learn.

Well, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend...and thanks so much for stopping by!

Thanks for visiting!
