Serenity & Love

Happy Friday, everyone!! I will have to keep this a bit short, as the kids are home from school early today, because the teachers are working on report cards.

Here are a couple of projects I've worked on recently. I haven't really had much time to blog lately, so I'm just posting these together.

I've loved this little Serenity Now set as soon as I saw it, and only now... have set it to ink (for shame). Anyhow...this is paper pieced, and the patterned paper is Urban Prairie from BasicGrey.

Stamps: Serenity Now (My Favorite Things)
Card Stock: Blue Bayou, Aqua Mist (PTI), Neenah Solar White, Urban Prairie (BasicGrey)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Blue Bayou, Copic markers
Accessories: Corner Rounder punch, Rectangle & Scalloped Rectangle Nestabilities, Dew Drops & Crystal Effects, Blue Bayou Double Stitched ribbon, Scotch Foam Tape

I've had these heart tins (from PTI) for a very long time
,
and I noticed that the largest heart image from So Much Love (Lizzie Anne Designs) fit almost perfectly to the size of the lid. I stamped with my Whisper White Craft ink, and added the little heart A Muse Twinkle stickers. The patterned paper around the edge is from the PTI Pink Patterns Collection, and I tied some 7/8 inch organdy ribbon for added elegance. I wish I had some premium chocolates to put inside, but kisses will have to do (all I have on hand).

Open
Stamps: So Much Love (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock: Berry Sorbet, Pink Patterns Collection (both PTI)
Ink: Whisper White Craft
Accessories: heart tin (from PTI), Scor-Tape, Tombo Multi Glue, White grosgrain ribbon, 7/8 inch White Organdy ribbon (retired SU), A Muse Mini Heart Twinkle Stickers

Thanks so much for stopping by, and have fun all of you CHA bound girls. I can't wait to catch up with the latest!! Have a great weekend!!

Super heart tins! Love the project altogether!

And I adore that 'yoga' card! While I'm not into yoga ... I am definitely in the forward frame of mind for "more movement" this year. My body NEEDS more 'move it-move it!"
