Christmas Card Break

I decided to take a little break from making Christmas cards to make these two cards. Personally, I am not tired of making Christmas cards yet, as I still have more new sets I would like to play with. But I needed these cards for my stash anyhow, so here they are.

The first card is for Julee's Mojo65. This is the first time I've tried one of Julee's sketches, and I can see myself playing along more often.

Stamps: Birthday Surprise (Verve Stamps)
Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Neenah Solar White, Raspberry Tart (SU)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, VersaFine, Onyx Black, Copic Sketch markers
Accessories: Paper Piercer & Template, Riding Hood Red Taffeta ribbon

You may have noticed the new SU paper in my Mojo card, and this next one uses the new SU Sweet Stems set. I was going to try to make an all SU card, but noticed this piece of PaperTrey Ink patterned paper just sitting there...so I used it instead. I'm a discount demo these days, and having an all SU card isn't really something I need, so it's really no big deal to mix things up.

Stamps: Sweet Stems, Short & Sweet
Card Stock: Kiwi Kiss, Riding Hood Red, Neenah Solar White, Men of Life (PTI)
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic Sketch markers
Accessories: Word Window punch, Riding Hood Red Taffeta ribbon

I hope you're having a good week so far, and thanks so much for your visit!!

So pretty, sweet and fresh! Love the colors and papers on both cards. I'm ready to do something besides Christmas cards, but I stamped Christmas cards today and I totally enjoyed it. Heck, I just love to stamp -- anything!
