A Simple Sunflower

Stamps: In The Background, Daisy Dots, Sketched Sentiments
Card Stock: Garden Green, Kraft, Neenah Solar White
Ink: Whisper White (Craft), Summer Sun, Garden Green
Accessories: Corner Rounder & Square punches, Spring Moss grosgrain ribbon, Natural Hemp Twine, button, Scor-Tape, Glue Dots, Scotch foam tape

I think the most difficult thing about making this card, was waiting for the craft ink to dry...lol. I created my floral background with Whisper White craft ink and my little flowers are from the In The Background set. The big flower (from Daisy Dots) was stamped two times with Summer Sun, and trimmed out. I curved up the petals on the lower layer, and used dimensional foam to secure. The button was laced with my natural hemp twine, and adhered with Glue Dots. I used my Spring Moss grosgrain ribbon for the stem and leaves, using Scor-Tape to secure. The sentiment is from Sketched Sentiments, and I used my square punch once again to make the flag.

I really need to work with my photo software, because I have not been happy with the quality of any of my photos since I started using my new software.

Thanks for stopping by today!!
