In Sympathy

Stamps: Serenity (Verve)
Card Stock: Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Hello Sunshine (Cosmo Cricket 8x8 pad)
Ink: Chocolate Chip (pad & marker), Old Olive (marker), Pumpkin Pie (marker), Antique Linen Distress Ink (Ranger)
Accessories: Paper Piercing template (purchased at Gina K. Designs), Library Clips (SU), Linen Thread, Color Spritzer Tool, Stampin' Dimensionals

Unfortunately, I needed a sympathy card. Beate's BIC20 helped me with this (thanks Beate). I know I should have these made up ahead of time, but never seem to do it. I used my Serenity set by Verve Visual, and thought my patterned paper from my Hello Sunshine Cosmo Cricket pad worked nicely with it.

Thanks so much for visiting! I hope you're having a nice week!

Very elegant! I agree that these are the toughest cards to make! And you used the spritzer tool? I haven't used mine in a thousand years! I love how it looks....maybe I need to get it out again! : )

Yeah, I know I never want to make a sympathy card. That reminds me I should probably make a couple for my stash..I think I'm out. Yours is beautiful. I love the Verve Serenity set. What a perfect layout and colors. Like the small binder clip too. Very pretty, Rose Ann. :)

Such a beautiful card! Love everything about it! I tend to put off making these type of cards, also, although it would be easier to have some on hand. Belated birthday cards are another type I need to have on hand because if I miss someones birthday it is usually because I'm too busy!

Oh, this is pretty, Rose Ann. I'm so sorry about the need for it, though. It's hard to make these up ahead of time for occasions you hope will never come up. Your card is just beautiful and very appropriate.
