Exams Survival Can

It's the time of the year for exams again, so I thought I would share this project I created for the DD gallery in December. I used a Stampendous Paint Can that I found at Eclectic Paperie, and lined it with this pretty Bloomin Paisleys (Daisy Bucket Designs) textured paper I found at my local scrapbook store.

Here is a photo with all the goodies taken out of the can. There are so many different kinds of items you could include.

Contents of can: book light (for those late study nights), Starbucks Gift card (caffeine fixes), paperclips (keeps your note organized), 2 x 2 Post It Notes (jot down important numbers...ie study partners, take-out etc.), chocolate (*must-have* in every survival kit)

Supplies
Stamps: Faux Ribbon (PaperTrey Ink), For Every Occasion (CTMH)
Card Stock: Bloomin Paislies (Daisy Bucket Designs), Whisper White textured, Real Red textured, Tempting Turquoise textured
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Basic Black Craft
Accessories: Stampendous Clear Paint can (Eclectic Paperie), 5/8 inch Real Red grosgrain ribbon, pewter Build-a-Brad kit, 1/2 inch Circle punch, Ellison Daisy Die & Big Shot, Nestabilities (Circles), Coluzzle Cutting System with Circle template, CTMH Bigger Brad, CTMH Block Buddy set (used to align Faux Ribbon stamp)

I received this totally adorable RAK from Donna at Serenity In Stamping. Isn't that
enchanted fairy so cute?!?!?! If you would like to check out Donna's post to see how she made this, click here. Thanks for the sweet card, and the other goodies as well!! You rock, girl!!

RAK from Donna

I have a dental seminar all day Saturday, and I'm not really looking forward to it. I am packing lots of images my online friends have shared over the months, and my Copic Sketch markers. I hope I am able to get a lot of them colored. :D

Have a fantabulous weekend, and Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there in blogland and beyond. Thanks for visiting!!

What a cute idea that can! I could use that everyday...coffee to keep me awake so I can read my book with my booklight, and chocolate to snack on! I should make myself one, lol! Really cute!

This is great! The paper is so cute and you filled the can with all the perfect things! An absolutely adorable, sweet RAK, too! Coloring your images -- that's exactly what I do when I can't get at all my supplies -- just take along a few to color!
