We have a two-way fireplace in our home, and during the Christmas season I devote my whole mantle on one side to my snowman collection. As you can see from the following two cards, I love snowman stamps as well. I kept the same color combination for both cards today!
My first snowman card uses the cute little Lizzie Anne Simply Singles Snowmen stamp. I don't know about you, but these little cuties do 'melt my heart'!I wanted to make another card using Beate's sketch challenge layout, so that's what I did here. I scored the half circle with my Coluzzle, then tore by hand and ran it through my Big Shot with my Tiny Bubbles Cuttlebug folder. The image is stamped with Palette Noir, and colored with my Copic sketch markers. I also added some sparkle with the Clear Spica pen (hard to see in the photo).
My second card is called Group Hug, an adorable image that Julia Stainton designed for Stamping Bella. Isn't it so cute? I love that there are five snowmen, and we have five in our family. I used my Nestabilities for the image and "frame". The image is stamped with Palette Noir and colored with the Copic markers once again. The base was embossed using my D'vine Swirls Cuttlebug folder. The bling is Hero Arts Gemstones.
I hope you enjoyed my snowmen today. Thanks for visiting!!
