Simple Elegance

My oldest son had oral surgery today, so my card needed to be a quick one. This is almost as simple as they get, but is quite elegant...don't you agree?

Everything is pretty straightforward here. The swirls are from Baroque Motifs, and embossed with clear embossing powder. The sentiment is from All Holidays. I used the new Basic Gray card stock, ink, and taffeta ribbon. The corners are rounded with the new corner rounder.

Thanks for looking, and have a wonderful weekend!!

Stamps: Baroque Motifs, All Holidays
Card Stock: Basic Gray, Whisper White
Ink: VersaMark, Basic Gray
Accessories: Crystal Clear Embossing Powder, Basic Gray Taffeta Ribbon, Corner Rounder Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals

Oh, my! You've shown how beautifully elegant a quick card can be! This is stunning. I sooooo love the new gray. Bravo, Rose Ann! That's pretty rough, your son having oral surgery. Poor guy! It's hard on Mom, too, because you feel so bad for his discomfort. By now it's done and I hope he's already bouncing back. Kids are so resilient. I truly hope he's feeling better and not too uncomfortable.
