Criss Cross

When I was reading my SCS Weekly Inkling...I saw this Criss Cross Card tutorial by Beate. I had been wanting to try one of these cool cards for such a long time, and decided now was a great time to do it. I wanted to use my beautiful Cosmo Cricket Little Girls "Carefree" designer paper, and thought my Carte Postale flowers would look really good with it. The base is Cameo Coral, and the insert is Always Artichoke and Very Vanilla. The ribbon is from the SU Theater Ribbon Originals collection. I needed a birthday card, and decided to use one of my sentiments from Faux Ribbon (PaperTrey Ink), punched out using the Round Tab Punch.

Thanks for stopping by today!!

Stamps: Carte Postale, Faux Ribbon
Card Stock: Cameo Coral, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla, Cosmo Cricket Little Girls (Carefree)
Ink: Cameo Coral, Always Artichoke
Accessories: 1 1/4, and 1 3/8 inch Circle Punches, Round Tab Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Theater Ribbon Originals, Stardust Pen, Always Artichoke Brad, Tombo Mono Multi Liquid Glue, Sticky Tape, Stampin' Dimensionals

Yes! I've been meaning to try this criss cross card too....I probably won't get to play until my lame work week is over :( Having a full-time job sucks sometimes...it gets in the way of craft-time, although it does pay for my addictions :)
