Lockhart Pumpkins

I have a simple card today...my first with my new Copics. I currently have half that I ordered, so I only had a limited supply of colors to work with here (the others are on their way to me). I didn't want to wait any longer to play, so you can see my first experiment with them. Notice that I used StazOn, which isn't the best choice for Copics. (I was going to color with my dye inks, but changed my mind). I really think I am going to love these markers, once I get the hang of using them. One of my favorite Copic markers is the Spica Clear Glitter Pen. If you love the Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust Pen, you'll really love the Spica pen. It truly writes clear...and leaves a beautiful sparkle!! The cute Lockhart images, as well as the Copics, were all purchased at Ellen's Store. The card stock is Fabriano Medioevalis 5" squares cards from Cindy's store. The ribbon was a gift from Ellen that was enclosed with my recent order.

Thanks for visiting today!

Stamps: Pumpkins in Wheelbarrow, Pumpkins for Sale (Lockhart Stamp Co.)
Card Stock: Fabriano Medioevalis
Ink: Jet Black StazOn, Copic Markers, Always Artichoke (for sentiment)
Accessories: Ribbon, Scoring Blade (from Fiskars Paper Cutter)

Super cute! I love simple, clean designs like this. So why isn't stazon good with copics? What ink should you use? Not that I have copics anyway, but I'm curious. :-)
