I used "Heartfelt Thanks" from SU! for the flowers, and the sentiment is from the PAPERTREY ink set, "Green Thumb". The dotted paper is from SU!, and is in the Pool Party collection. The ribbon is from may arts, and was purchased at StarLit Studio. All card stock and ink is from SU!

Stamps: Heartfelt Thanks, Green Thumb
Card stock: Shimmery White, Brocade Blue, Watercolor, Pool Party
Ink: Brocade Blue Classic, Stampin' Write Markers: Brocade Blue, Night of Navy, Old Olive
Accessories: Marvy Uchicda punches: Mega Circle & Giga Scalloped Circle, Key Tag Punch, "Cindy Ribbon", Linen Thread, Stampin' Mist bottle filled with H2O, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stampin' Sponge

Oooh! The flowers look so pretty cut out and mounted on the scalloped circle. And I'd never think to use that paper with flowers. It looks great.
