Woo hoo, I get to be first to comment. In answer to your questions. I love cute cards, but don't have a knack for them. I just can't seem to color them right, but I am hoping my recent purchase of prismacolor markers will change some of that. I love to do cards, so quick and easy most of the time and they are a big hit amongst my friends, but when giving a gift I almost always do a 3-D project to include with the cards.
Hmm...I love floral cards versus cute ones. Plus, I am definitely more into cards that altered objects right now but I think that mostly has to do with a lack of time and expertise!

I would probably say I prefer floral cards although, I like cute cards too. I definetly like seeing cards more because that is what I do, but I also like to see the 3-D projects.
I think given a choice between floral cards or cute cards, I'd have to chose floral. Although mine tend to be neither cute nor floral. Lately I've been doing more 3D projects than cards. I love making mini books and have just completed 5 mini coaster books.
Great blog candy!! I love both floral and cute but if I had to choose, I'd probably go with floral, especially sparkly or watercolored ones! I prefer cards to 3D projects only because I am better at making cards. I love admiring 3D projects though!

I like floral cards the best and I find myself gravitating to 3D projects like post it holders, baskets, notebooks, pens, boxes, anything like that that I can give away. Thanks for asking and for the blog candy.

Hi Rose Ann; being a lover of all things 'botanical' I love floral cards. 3-D projects are fine but cards are still a favourite to create and receive too.
I like floral cards although latley, my flower styamps have been collecting dust! I have just been in a flower slump. I am really into cards right now or photo wallets!

I like them both! If you look at my gallery on SCS (bambi64) you'll see a combination of both. Just depends on my mood for the day. I do prefer cards to 3-d projects.
i love cute cards always...and honestly...only 3d or pop ups or some sort of animation that makes everyone surprised.

mmmm candy. :-) I prefer floral over cute most of the time... but I think flowers go with pretty well everything LOL. Take Bellas for example, they are cute but they just scream for prima flowers or pretty patterned paper that's flowery. I would personally rather make cards than 3D items, but I love the look of 3D items when other people make them.

my mood, and the situation, dictates which i like better at the time....sometimes it's floral and others it's cutsey :) as for the other, while i love to make cards, i've moved into more the home dec area and doing way more scrapbooking....but really, any time i can cut, tear, glue, stamp and embellish paper in any way, i'm one happy camper!

I think I'm a cute card kinda gal. I always want to see ideas for more 3d items....they seem to be the hardest for me to come up with.
i LOVE floral cards... but they are harder to make, since it's so tricky coloring them in... so i tend to make more "cute" cards.
i like cards better than 3D items cuz they fit in an envelope, so it's easier to mail. ;)
I love floral cards! I dont do cute, but enjoy seeing them. I also don't do altered items, but love seeing them. You never know when something you see is going to be the perfect project for you!

I generally prefer floral cards to cute ones (although I've really liked some cute ones, and some of my favourites have been neither). I like cards better than 3-D projects.
Those are hard questions because I love variety and I love seeing them all! BUT if I had to choose - I would love to see 3D projects and floral cards. I think 3D projects are so great for gift giving and have such a personal touch. Floral cards are so versatile!
It's hard to say which I like better....I guess it depends on who I am making the card for. I tend to make more florals than cute cards. On your second question, I like card projects better than 3-D ones because I live in place where I can't get all supplies needed to make some of the 3-D projects.

I would have to say I lean toward flower cards. I don't seem to be able to pull off cute cards. I enjoy seeing what others do with 3-D projects but for now I'm learning with cards.

I prefer the cute ones only because I have two little boys and seeing cute cards reminds me of them! I have surprised myself at how much I'm drawn to floral stamps..I jus tnever tire of them. As to whether 3D or cards...I love cards, but I also really enjoy complicated projects too...I have a hard time making anything too simple.
When I first started making cards, I leaned towards the "cute" cards. Now I'm more to the floral. Love 3-D projects, especially anything made with coasters!

...it totally depends on who I am making things for. There are certain people for whom you just have to make something floral and others who would much prefer something cute.
When it comes down to it, I make more cards than 3D projects, so good card inspiration is invaluable, but seeing a new idea for a 3D project is SO cool!

My personal preference is floral cards usually with some kind of patterned paper. I would much rather do cards, because I can make several of the same in a short amount of time.

My name is Tracy and I'm from Calgary, Alberta. I actually prefer the floral over cute cards, and although I love 3-D cards, I just never seem to have the time to work on them, so I stick to the basic. But, if I could just sit ALL day, EVERY day and stamp, I would make more fun 3-D cards!!!

I do like cute cards...and I"ve been trying to improve my floral cards. I love to see projects! Cards are nice...but it's so fun to see a great project!
I guess I like whimsical, which can fall into the "cute" category, although I try to avoid using the "cute" word! I like cards, but like to do some different shapes or folds on them instead of the traditional rectangular shape.

It's funny that this question has come up as I am planning a stamp camp and everything I am looking to do is a 3-d project. I love these things but the last camp I had everyone requested cards so I have had to curtail my wants and go cards only. :( As far as florals or cutsie cards, I love them both, but I will go for florals since you asked.

I love floral cards (I seem to be drawn to floral stamps more), but I also like cutsey cards for my granddaughters who are 3 and soon to be 5 on 4/22. My eyes appeal to the 3-D effects on a card because they seem to pop more than a regular card and I get more favorable comments when I do those (not to say that I don't get comments on regular cards, because I do). I've been giving more altered items as gifts than I have in the past and enjoy making them.
By the way, I love your blog and become inspired whenever I viisit it.
I definitely love floral cards as opposed to cute cards; however, I do cute cards for my 2 granddaughters who are 3 and soon to be 5 (on 4/22). I tend to appreciate 3-D cards and altered projects more because of the depth and intensity of the project and all of the love that goes into them.

I love floral cards over cute ones, although I don't mind cute if they are done well. My first love is always cards, but I do alot of other paper arts. My stamp club has a different project every year for our round robins and I get into those, but always love doing cards best for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

I love floral stamp sets and probably have more of them than anything else, but I make all kinds of things. Here lately I have been making invitations (kinda plain and boring actually)and am looking forward to doing more crafty stuff!!
