Dentabella

My sister and I are going to a dental seminar in Frankenmuth on Saturday, so I wanted to give her a cute card for the occasion. Both of us are RDA's, and rarely get to take our CE's together...so this should be fun. :)

I used my brand new Dentabella from Emily's Stamping Bella collection. These Bellas are so adorable, and I love 'em! I also used the skinny oval from A Muse to 'ground' her. The background is stamped with the Dotted background from SU, and the sentiment is from Small Sayings (winter mini 06/07). I used all SU card-stock for this card. The base and mat are pretty in pink, and the main image is stamped with Jet Black StazOn on shimmery white. I used my aqua painter and re-inkers (pretty in pink, so saffron, blush blossom, gable green, and bordering blue) to color the image. The the 'rug' is stamped in gable green, and the sentiment is stamped in basic black. I used the spring bouquet flower punch for the punched out flower, and a pretty in pink brad from the soft subtles brad collection for the center of the flower (mounted with a mini glue dot). Cindy ribbon from StarLitStudio is tied around the card.

FRANKENMUTH! I love that little city! I spent a day there on our "honeymoon" visit to my husband's side of the family. They're from Bay City. I want to go to Bronners! - jennbalcer
